We know that good communication is key to healthy relationships with clients. We believe that everyone in our organisation has strong communication skills and we dedicate more time to quality communication with our clients than to other more commercial tasks.

Creative Efficiency

We are not a conventional estate agency. We do things differently and take risks to do so. Quality resources are scarce. We prefer quality, not quantity when it comes to resources. Therefore, efficiency in our business is key to maximising the quality resources we have and, thus, the service we provide to our clients.

Who We Are

Founded in 1983, we are an Anglo-Spanish luxury, independent estate agency with headquarters in El Campello, Alicante, specializing in the upper tercile of the market across the entire Costa Blanca and Alicante province. Our legal structure is a Spanish Sociedad Limitada (private limited company).

Led by José Luis López Pérez and Laura Henderson, we market a portfolio of predominantly select, residential villas and top apartments and penthouses in the Northern Costa Blanca from Alicante to Javea.  As a well-established business, we boast a strong network of local contacts. Our specialised local knowledge, combined with our real estate expertise and vast understanding and experience of not only the British and Spanish but also the French language and culture really do set us apart. Our thorough understanding of different cultures and languages enables us to truly meet the demands of buyers and sellers alike in an international marketplace.
